Email the Settlement Administrator at classaction@xpandlegal.com or call (888) 557-2773 with your name and updated mailing address so your payment reaches you.

How do I submit my Opt-In Form?

You can submit online, email it to classaction@xpandlegal.com, fax it to (949) 996-7556, or mail it to the Settlement Administrator so it is postmarked by the deadline shown on the home page.

How can I get a copy of the Settlement Agreement?

You can download it from the Important Documents page, or contact the Settlement Administrator at classaction@xpandlegal.com to request a copy.
